Ingeborg Warschke Young Talent Award

We promote young female talent and support working women through mentoring.

The association of Women in the Real Estate Industry would like to specifically promote young academics in addition to women who are already active in the workplace. For this reason, three prizes are awarded annually, each for outstanding masters, bachelors and doctoral thesis, for female graduates of real estate management courses at German universities (including architecture, civil engineering, facility management or other work on topics relevant to the real estate industry, e.g. from the fields of business administration, law or finance).

In memory of our association founder, the award has been called the Ingeborg Warschke Young Talent Award since 2014.

Entries may be submitted if they can be proven to have received a grade of at least “very good” from a German university. The award ceremony takes place annually in a short ceremony at Expo Real in the presence of the winners and their academic supervisors.
